1. International Returns

1.1 Eligibility: We understand that returning international orders can be more complex due to shipping logistics. Therefore, we offer international returns for eligible products. To be eligible for an international return, please ensure that:

– The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

– The return request is made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

– The item is not listed under our non-returnable items (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

In case buyer return due to change of mind it we will charge 25% of the product price as restocking fees.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not provide reimbursement for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

3.4 Refund Processing Time: The time required for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. From our end it will 5 to 7 days. Please contact your payment provider for more information, in the meantime.

 

4. Exchanges or Replacement
